At The Cross Cap Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags/packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at thecross2025@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a different size or style (if available).

  • To start an exchange, follow the same process as above.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecross2025@outlook.com. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
